Please carefully review these Service Terms before becoming a Trusted Seller on iProxy. These terms are an integral part of the iProxy Terms of Service. By becoming a Trusted Seller, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
iProxy is committed to providing the highest level of service to all individuals using our infrastructure. To this end, we have introduced the “Trusted Sellers” category for our Customers who distribute mobile proxies on a commercial basis and provide the best user experience to End Users.
These Terms for Trusted Sellers govern the procedure for granting Customers the status of a Trusted Seller and the order of interaction between iProxy, the Trusted Sellers, and the End User.
2.1 Trusted Seller - An iProxy Customer who sells mobile proxies to End Users, created using the iProxy software infrastructure, and who has been granted the status of a Trusted Sellers by iProxy. A list of verified sellers is posted on the page: Trusted Mobile Proxy Sellers.
2.2 End Users - These are individuals or legal entities that directly use mobile proxies created by our Clients in the iProxy software infrastructure.
3.1 Promotion: We publish information about Customers with the status of a Trusted Seller on our website to direct individuals interested in purchasing ready-made proxies created on our infrastructure specifically towards Trusted Sellers.
The "Trusted Sellers" page features the following information about the Trusted Seller:
Geographical location of the offered proxies;
Brief terms of service (excluding price);
Trusted Sellers are responsible for providing current information for posting on this page.
3.2 Enhancing Seller Trust: iProxy assists in resolving disputes between Trusted Sellers and End Users. In some cases, iProxy may compensate the losses of the End User from the deposit made by the Trusted Seller. This enhances the level of trust among End Users.
3.3 Advertising: Once a month, Trusted Sellers can freely post information about proxy sales in our community channels @iproxyonline_support_english and @iproxy_support_ru. It is important to note that the posted advertisements should not contain prices.
Clients who have attained the status of a Trusted Seller are categorized into two segments: “Experimental” and “Trustworthy”. To be included in either of these segments, Clients must meet specific conditions outlined for each:
4.1 Criteria for Inclusion in the Experimental Segment:
4.1.1 The Customer must ensure compliance with the conditions of Section 5.
4.1.2 The Customer must have an active subscription for at least 1 (one) month before being included in the Experimental segment.
4.1.3 The Customer must have no less than 5 paid connections to the iProxy Service.
4.1.4 The Customer is required to deposit a minimum of 100 dollars as a guarantee for End Users.
4.1.5 The deposit must be paid using a bank card on the iProxy website.
4.1.6 The seller must provide a discount of at least 5% off the cost of the first order to Customers using the iProxy promo code.
4.1.1 The Customer must undergo data verification conducted by iProxy and/or a third-party service provider (KYC).
4.2 Criteria for Inclusion in the “Trustworthy” Segment:
4.2.1 The Customer must ensure compliance with the conditions of Section 5.
4.2.2 The Customer must have an active subscription for at least 3 (three) months before being included in the “Trustworthy” segment.
4.2.3 The Customer must have no less than 20 paid connections to the iProxy Service.
4.2.4 The Customer is required to deposit a minimum of 300 dollars as a guarantee for End Users.
4.2.5 The deposit must be paid using a bank card on the iProxy website.
4.2.6 The seller must provide a discount of at least 5% off the cost of the first order to Customers using the iProxy promo code.
4.2.7 The Customer must undergo data verification conducted by iProxy and/or a third-party service provider (KYC).
4.2.8 The “Trustworthy” segment is positioned higher on the page where the list of Trusted Sellers is presented.
5.1 A Trusted Seller is required to promptly deliver mobile proxies to End Users and maintain the necessary infrastructure and resources to ensure their availability and reliability.
5.2 The minimum uptime must be 90%.
5.3 Trusted Sellers are obligated to respond to inquiries from End Users and authorized persons within 24 hours of receipt. This includes support service requests, technical questions, and any other inquiries related to the services provided.
5.4 In cases where a Trusted Seller distributes proxies to a single connection to multiple individuals, they must inform the client that their proxies are not private.
5.5 When providing services as a Trusted Seller to clients, the Trusted Seller is responsible for applying the same conditions regarding prohibited use, age restrictions, personal data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, termination of services, and service quality requirements as agreed in the Service Terms between iProxy and the Trusted Seller as a Client.
5.6 A Trusted Seller must ensure a sufficient level of security in the transmission of End User data, including protection against hacking attacks, viruses, and other security threats.
5.7 A Trusted Seller must ensure that their SIM cards / mobile operators comply with the acceptable use policy and internet provider policies.
5.8 A Trusted Seller is free to set their own prices for End Users.
5.9 A Trusted Seller must structure contractual relationships with End Users in such a way as to fully and properly fulfill their obligations under the contractual relationship with iProxy.
6.1 Payment of Deposit: The Trusted Seller must deposit a specified sum into iProxy's balance as per the conditions outlined in the Trusted Seller agreement. This deposit is required to ensure financial security and a high level of service commitment to End Users.
6.2 Minimum Deposit Requirements: The Trusted Seller must meet the minimum deposit requirement as stated in Section 4 of the Terms. The deposit amount can be more than the minimum requirement, based on the discretion of the Trusted Seller.
6.3 Deposit Reduction and Status Suspension: If the deposit amount falls below 50% of the minimum required value due to compensations made to End Users, the Trusted Seller’s status will be temporarily suspended. The status will remain suspended until the deposit is replenished to meet the minimum requirement.
6.4 Refund of Deposit: In cases where a Trusted Seller discontinues using iProxy services or opts to revoke their Trusted Seller status to become a regular Customer, the deposit will be refunded. The refund process will initiate within 30 days of their removal from the list of Trusted Sellers. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining balance after settling any claims or complaints from End Users.
6.5 Retention of Deposit in Case of Violations: iProxy reserves the right to retain the entire deposit in situations involving significant breaches or violations of the terms by the Trusted Seller. This measure ensures adherence to the agreed standards and compensates for potential damages or liabilities arising from the Trusted Seller’s actions.
7.1 An End User may contact iProxy support (https://t.me/iproxy_support) to resolve their dispute with a Trusted Seller if the Trusted Seller does not respond to the End User's inquiry within the set time frame, or if the user's problem was not resolved by the seller.
7.2 iProxy will begin processing these questions or requests concerning Trusted Sellers within one business day. The time to receive a final response depends on the issue reported by the End Users.
7.3 If an End User files a complaint against a Trusted Seller to iProxy, iProxy will notify the Trusted Seller and review the complaint.
7.4 If the complaint is found to be justified and iProxy determines that the End User has suffered losses due to the actions of the Trusted Seller, iProxy will ask the Trusted Seller to compensate the End User for the losses.
7.5 If the Trusted Seller does not provide evidence of compensation or any other resolution to the dispute with the End User within one week, iProxy will compensate the End User's losses from the Trusted Seller's deposit.
7.6 Violations by the Trusted Seller may include:
Service uptime lower than the value promised by the seller, or if no such value was published, then lower than 90%;
Violation of refund policies;
Providing false information for posting on the Trusted Mobile Proxy Sellers page (iproxy.online);
7.7 In some cases, iProxy may remove a Trusted Seller from the list of Trusted Sellers. Such cases particularly include:
Repeated violations of these Service Terms;
Unethical behavior towards End Users or iProxy;
Deceiving customers, which may manifest as providing modem proxies instead of mobile proxies, offering different geographical locations;
iProxy takes such violations very seriously and will take appropriate action against the violator.
7.8 All these conditions are created to ensure high-quality service for End Users and maintain trust in the relationship between Trusted Sellers, End Users, and iProxy.
7.9 By becoming a Trusted Seller on iProxy, you agree to abide by these Service Terms. iProxy reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to be aware of any changes.
