When placing an order for a creative, you can specify your requirements — for example, changing the emotion, the bank name, or other details. You can also order a fully custom creative built to your own brief.
The platform provides a guarantee: administrators monitor sales statistics and complaints. If an order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you will receive a refund or a replacement executor will be assigned. If creatives fail moderation, the number of orders placed on that creative is reviewed and the buyers are consulted. If complaints reach 30% of the total order count, a full refund is issued at the shop’s expense.
