How to set up iProxy in AdsPower?

The Remote DNS option will automatically replace the geo DNS with that of your actual location to the geo proxy. For example, if you are in Spain and using a USA proxy without enabling the Remote DNS option, the external IP's geo location will be USA, but the DNS will be Spanish. Whereas, should you check the mentioned box, both GEOs will be displayed as US.

How to set iProxy in Mozilla Firefox?

On what devices can I set up a remote IP address change?

Root-access and Voice Assistant give the iProxy application the access to switch the airplane mode on device. However, there are differences in each of the above methods. 

Voice assistant. Positive:
- very easy to set up, just a couple of clicks
- works on regular Android

Voice assistant. Minuses:
- may not be configured on all devices
- can't reboot the device. Restarting the phone is extremely rarely necessary, so this is not a significant disadvantage
- set up can be broken after restarting the phone. Usually Androids don't reboot by themselves, so it's not critical for most cases.

Root-access. Positive:
- does not broken after restarting the phone
- can reboot the device

Root-access.t. Minuses:
- it is often extremely difficult to configure. Special skills and experience are required. It is extremely difficult for an ordinary user to get root and it is highly not recommended by the iProxy administration.
- if the root-access is incorrectly configured, the phone may stop turning on
- not every phone can have root-access.


Conclusion: definitely start setting up remote change IP change via <b>Voice Assistant</b>, and only if you have any problems, you will have to try to get <b>root-access</b> or configure via <b>Macrodroid</b>. Can I set up an IP address change when following a link?

On most phones it’s no more than 3-5 seconds. This time is needed to put the phone in Airplane mode, take it out of it and to search for the network. On older slow phones it can take up to 10-25 seconds. You can also adjust how long the phone stays in Airplane mode in the Connection settings:

What is the oldest Android version that will still work?

Yes, the proxies will work.<br>
But you won’t be able to remotely change your IP address, since Wi-Fis change their IP address when the router physically gets turned off and on again. More so, this method doesn’t guarantee your IP address will be changed: it all depends on your home Internet provider.<br>
We recommend working with a SIM card, since when you remotely toggle Airplane mode, the mobile operator assigns the device a new IP address. Read more about changing your IP address in our

If my phone is connected to Wi-Fi instead of mobile Internet, will the proxies work?

That’s operationally impossible. To work with iProxy, insert a SIM card ONLY into SLOT #1. 

If my phone has 2 SIM cards, can I launch 2 proxies at once on 1 phone?

It works fine on most phone models. For XiaoMi, Meizu and Huawei devices it’s sometimes necessary to turn off energy-saving mode and allow the app to run in the background.

You must enable working OpenVPN in the background.

Also carefully read the <a href="https://iproxy.online/blog/guide-for-setting-up-mobile-proxies-in-iproxyonline" target="_blank">iProxy.online guide on launching mobile proxies</a>.

In the settings, there may be a limit on the number of Megabytes or Gigabytes per month for traffic from a SIM card. Make sure that this limit is removed on your phone.

How to make sure the proxies work without interruptions?

It will, but the speeds will be lower. We recommend using phones that support 4G.


My phone doesn’t support 4G/LTE. Will it work with iProxy through 3G?

It works fine on most phone models. Problems may sometimes occur on really antiquated and rare Chinese phone models. If you already have an Android device - just test it out. If you’re planning on buying a phone to use the service, take a look at our <a href="https://iproxy.online/blog/recommended-android-devices-for-iproxyonline" target="_blank">list of recommended models</a>.

Requirements:<br>Android 6.1+, 4G support (for the speed to be higher, but it technically works with 3G, too), at least 2GB of RAM. CPU: ARM Cortex-A53 is not recommended.

Does iProxy work on all phone models? What are the requirements for the phone?

Yes, they do. Remote change ip works as well. The easiest way to do it would be through the VA (Voice Assistant). You can also set up an IP change via the Macrodroid clicker. Do proxies work on non-rooted Android devices?

Not necessarily, the iProxy app checks for the required version of OpenVPN and if it doesn’t match - downloads the required version. Delete the OpenVPN version you downloaded from the PlayMarket and download the one iProxy tells you to.


If I install OpenVPN from the PlayMarket, will it work with iProxy?

In the settings of some phones, SIM cards may have traffic-related restrictions (number of megabytes or gigabytes per month). Make sure that this limit is removed on your phone.


Why do I need to remove mobile traffic restrictions in the Phone settings?

Launching proxies through iProxy.online isn’t hard at all. What information must I know in order to use iProxy.online?

They do. However, out of the remote IP address change, only the rotation will work. Changing your IP address via link, Telegram bot command or API won’t work, since Google Play Services are necessary for iProxy to be able to “reach” the phone and “tell” it to switch to Airplane mode. 


Do your proxies work with disabled Google Play Services?

iProxy won’t work. Only one VPN can work on a phone at a time. Either OpenVPN will work - for the purposes of iProxy, or any other VPN, but then iProxy will remain docile.

If I launch a VPN on a phone with iProxy, what IP address will the proxy show?

What is Wi-Fi Split?

Will the proxies I get belong to me alone? In other words, will they be 100% private and no one will use them but me?

The proxy speed depends on your phone’s Internet speed. The speed through the proxy will be 10-15% less than the minimum incoming or outgoing speed. The speed through the proxy is affected not only by the incoming, but also the outgoing one, since traffic is sent from your phone to the server.<br>

Choose a mobile operator that provides the better quality in places the phone will be located.<br>

The proxy speed is not constant and changes every second and depends on the total number of users connected to the tower you’re using. For example, in the evenings, the speed decreases since people come home from work and watch movies. At night, the speed once again increases.<br>

Also, the Internet speed depends on the phone’s bandwidth: more expensive phones have a more powerful Internet receiver than cheap ones do, even if they both claim to support 4G. IProxy loads Youtube in HD quality no problem.

Do you replace Passive OS Fingerprint (TCP/IP, pOf)?

No, it does not.<br>

A large number of flows are running when a regular web page is loading. Fonts, layout, pictures, ads, etc. are all loading. Each load is a separate flow. Thus, when loading a normal page, several flows are launched and are all operating simultaneously. IProxy has no restrictions regarding this number of flows.



Does iProxy have any restrictions on the number of flows?

How do I check the speed of my proxies?

What does the DNS depend on? My DNS doesn’t match the proxy’s GEO, what do I do?

The proxy speed depends on the phone’s speed.<br>

You can improve your phone’s speed in the following ways:

- move to a place in the room where the Internet connection is better
- try a different mobile operator
- try a different (more powerful) phone
- use a signal amplifier

Can I boost the proxy’s speed? If so, how?

As for Facebook, as well as other platforms,  the proxy’s GEO not matching the DNS’s GEO should really affect the accounts trustworthiness.<br>

Try to log in from your phone without a proxy, using your mobile Internet on <a href="https://whoer.net/" target="_blank">whoer.net</a> and check the DNS. It’s highly likely the DNS will be Finnish. This means that situations where the proxy’s GEO doesn’t match the DNS’s GEO is nothing special, which is why Facebook also doesn’t regard it as anything unusual.


What is Facebook’s stance on DNS? What will happen if the proxy’s GEO doesn’t match the DNS’s GEO?

What is .OVPN config?

Yes, you can.

Remember that you can have several proxy access points, but all of them will have the same external IP address, since these are just different ways to connect to your phone's traffic.

How to stop a Connection without deleting its personal account?

Yes, we support HTTP and SOCKS5.

Can I transfer a Connection to a different phone?

Can I create proxy access points without Login/Password authorization?

Both types of connection perform the same in terms of speed, security and anonymity. In simple terms: different ways of transmitting traffic, but both are reliable.

Our experience shows that if you’re really far away from the proxy’s GEO, best to choose HTTP. 

What should I pick: HTTP or SOCKS5?

Space is reserved on the server for each Connection. Removing unused Connections helps us offer the lowest prices on the market.

If necessary, you can create a new connection at any time. In the Android app, you need to log out and log into the newly created connection.

Why do you delete a Connection from the personal account if the phone hasn’t been paid for within 10 days?

Whitelist IP refers to the IP addresses that are allowed to connect to the proxy. Specify one IP address per line. 
Example:

Subnet mask in Whitelist IP - it's the ability to specify an entire range of IP addresses with a single value.

Examples: 37.21.201.**0/24** - this is the subnet mask. It will be interpreted correctly if the last part of the IP address contains any value from 0 to 255.
37.21.0.**0/16** - in this case, the scenario will work when the last two parts of the IP contain values from 0 to 255.

What is Whitelist IP? How to specify a subnet mask in the Whitelist IP?

It is a setting that helps minimize the repetition of IP addresses.

When changing the IP address, Unique IP checks if this IP has been used before (within a set interval, for example, in the last 24 hours), and if it has been used, it triggers another IP address change.

In the "PRO" section of the connection settings in your personal account, you can enable this function. You need to set an interval for checking the repetitiveness of IPs and the number of additional attempts to enter airplane mode.

For example, the uniqueness of the IP is checked for the last 180 minutes, and airplane mode switching is allowed up to 3 times.

For instance, if a unique IP address is obtained on the second attempt, there will be no need for a third attempt to switch to airplane mode.

If a unique IP address is NOT obtained on the second attempt, the third switch to airplane mode will occur, and it will be the last one regardless of the outcome: whether a unique or non-unique IP address is obtained.

What is Unique IP?

At iProxy.online, there have two types of servers available: shared and personal VIP servers.

What happens if several people log into one iProxy user in the Telegram bot?

Sharing Wi-Fi from your phone or using a USB modem is a nice alternative. How is iProxy better?

Does iProxy have any traffic-related restrictions?

Theoretically - you can, since there’s a limited number of IP addresses (this is due to technical reasons, say, how the number of Bitcoins is also finite), and as a result, many people visit the same sites from the same IP addresses.

And when an online marketer connects from the same IP address, they blend in with the crowd. Meaning that you don’t HAVE to use different accounts from the same mobile IP address at the same time.

On the other hand, if your work involves using software with similar actions, then websites will quickly detect you, since identical actions are being carried out from a single IP address. 

This means that if you uniqueize your actions in different accounts and don’t go overboard - you can, but it would be best to use a different IP address for each account, to be 100% safe.

How can I check that the proxies are working?

When the screen is locked, the Android device tries to reduce power consumption wherever it can, as a result, it turns off apps running in the background.   For iProxy to work, you need to turn off power saving in locked screen mode and some other parameters (different Android models have different settings and they may be called differently). If the phone I launched a proxy on gets switched off or disconnects from the Internet, what will happen in the browser that’s connected to the proxy? 

This problem is most often solved by disabling power saving mode for iProxy and OpenVPN.

Proxies may get disabled in the following cases:
- Proxies shut off immediately or in 5-15-30 after the screen is locked 

To make sure the issue is in fact Energy-saving mode, conduct a simple experiment: Launch the app, disable the screen lock feature and use the proxy for around 20 minutes (the longer, the better). If the proxies work fine during all this time, then the issue indeed lies in the Energy-saving mode.

You must enable working OpenVPN in the background.

Auto-launch, auto-start must be enabled, while power saving modes must be disabled. 

Different Android models have different names for the settings and some may even not be included at all. If you can, poke around all the possible settings of your Android device and disable all the Energy-saving modes you’ll find.

My proxies just shut off on their own, what should I do?

We highly recommend allowing iProxy and OpenVPN to run in the background.

Can’t set up OpenVPN (never-ending loading on Meizu). What should I do?

The phone’s IP. Your proxies will share your phone’s IP address.


The IP address of what subnet will I get? 

The operator “sees” the person visiting websites from their phone, so feel free to get SIM cards with limited hotspot traffic. 100% verified.

What SIM card should I get? Some tariff plans have restrictions regarding mobile hotspots.

It is normal for some mobile IP addresses to get occasionally blacklisted, as it is related to mobile IP technology.

Below we will tell you why mobile proxies are popular with online marketers and then it will become clear why sometimes mobile IP addresses get blacklisted and why this is a normal situation and you can continue to work safely.

Since there are fewer mobile IP addresses than there are people who access the Internet, multiple people use the same IP address when accessing whatever sites they’re currently on. When an online marketer starts working through mobile Internet, they blend in with the “crowd” and even if they perform some “suspicious” generic actions, websites don’t ban users solely based on their IP address (since that would require them to ban ALL the other innocent people using the same IP). That’s why websites track the behavior of each particular user and based on their findings make the decision to block them or not. Uniqueize and randomize the behavior of your accounts/bots.

Because blending in with regular people is so easy, mobile proxies have become extremely popular with marketers. As a result, more and more people are using mobile proxies every day - this leads to the fact that mobile IP addresses are gradually getting blacklisted.

Conduct a simple experiment. If your IP address is currently blacklisted, toggle Airplane mode on and off, you’ll be issued a new one that can’t be blacklisted (meaning the issue doesn’t lie with your mobile operator). Repeat the steps several times and eventually you’ll come across an IP address that isn’t blacklisted.

It may also happen that in one database your IP address is blacklisted, while in others - it won’t. There’s no way to tell what databases Facebook, Yandex, Avito or whatever other platform you’re working with, use. But the very principle that sites DO NOT block users based on their mobile IP address is still relevant, since otherwise they’d also have to ban regular users that are (unwittingly) using this blacklisted IP address. Thus, both in theory and in practice, there is nothing wrong with discovering that your IP address is blacklisted.

Keep working through such IP addresses - the proxies are highly likely to do their job regardless.

However, if you are very dissatisfied with the fact that your IP addresses are often blacklisted, try changing your mobile operator. When testing an IP address to see if it’s blacklisted anywhere, you don’t necessarily need to use a proxy: just use your phone to access a browser and check (you can even use an iPhone). Traffic passing through a proxy doesn’t affect the IP address’ presence in specialized blacklists.


Whoer shows my mobile IP is blacklisted. What’s the problem and how do I solve it?

It shouldn’t, for the same reason why mobile proxies became popular among online marketers in the first place: too few mobile IP addresses, too many people - meaning that a lot of users visit the same websites from the same IP addresses. Marketers easily blend in with the crowd of regular users.

For these exact reasons you may also occasionally get the same IP addresses. But regardless, again, you merge with a large number of people and just your IP address alone isn’t enough to get you  banned, though of course it would be better for your IP addresses to be unique. If your operator gives out the same IP too often, then try using the SIM card of another mobile operator.

You can also try the UNIQUE IP feature, available on the BigDaddy PRO plan.

I’m occasionally issued the same IP addresses, can this somehow negatively affect my work?

Changing the phone’s IP address by toggling Airplane mode only works when the device is connected to the mobile Internet (via the SIM card). 

Most likely, you’re connected to Wi-Fi. When a phone enters and leaves Airplane mode (while connected to Wi-Fi), it simply disconnects from the latter and then reconnects back. For the IP address to change, you’d have to reboot the router but that doesn’t always work: various Wi-Fi providers set forth different conditions that must be met for the IP address to change. The iProxy.online app has no way to alter the router.

What do I do if my IP address doesn’t change even after I toggle Airplane mode? 

It’s best to use multiple mobile operators, since that way you’ll have access to a larger pool of IP addresses.

If I’m making a mobile phone farm, should I choose 1 mobile operator or several?

The number of IP addresses depends on the mobile operator (the SIM card in your phone), and on the tower to which your SIM card connects. 

Different towers in different cities and belonging to different mobile operators have different numbers of issued IP addresses (pool). 

You can roughly check the size of the pool and the subnets your mobile operator gives out from your phone (you can use an iPhone). Open a browser on your phone, check your IP address, toggle Airplane mode and check your IP again. Keep experimenting and see how many different subnets and IP addresses the mobile operator in your location provides you with.

How many IP addresses will the proxies I launch from my phone have?  

Operators don’t qualify using the iProxy app as turning the device into a hotspot. Yet sometimes the mobile operator mistakenly thinks that the mobile Internet is distributed via Wi-Fi and subsequently introduces a restriction. Though it’s very easy to get around it: Toggle Airplane mode or just reboot the device.

Hotspot restrictions. How to bypass them.

They may, but not necessarily. It depends on how much traffic you consume.

When you work through a proxy, double the traffic is consumed: first, the phone visits the social network you need, and then sends the data to the server. Read more in this <a href="https://iproxy.online/blog/traffic-path-from-android-to-program-with-proxy" target="_blank">article</a>.  

If you have unlimited social media (but limited everything else) traffic, here’s how it’s going to work: the phone visiting social media will count towards the “unlimited” part, but the phone sending the traffic to the server won’t.

If your traffic consumption is low, this may go unnoticed and you’ll be able to meet the limit. But if you consume a lot of traffic, you risk exceeding the limit. Pick out plans and limits in accordance with your work volumes.
