During the rooting process, always make sure each command completes successfully! If any command returns Failed, do not run the next commands!
- Required: Charge your phone to at least 50% before starting the rooting process.
- You are entering the commands incorrectly. Copy the commands directly from the description under our video on Youtube and paste them. Avoid typos! Statistically, 30% of people who run into rooting problems have a simple typo as the root cause.
- Bad USB cable (for example, a cable that can charge but cannot transfer data). Try a different cable. Take this point seriously — it is a very common cause of failure. Just try another cable.
- Bad USB cable. Sometimes a cable can charge the device and run the “adb reboot bootloader” command, but cannot execute the “fastboot” command in “fastboot oem unlock”. Try a different cable!
- Low battery (in the middle of the rooting process, commands may stop executing if the phone battery is too low — even at 10–20% charge).
Missing drivers. How to get them:
- Open Device Manager — if you see an exclamation mark, click it and Windows will automatically install the required drivers.
- If step 1 did not help, try this driver: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FJ2Dzk6ZowQ7sEIiLKPG2KPxR9EKXjpT/view
- If step 2 did not help either, try this driver: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N-XWMuGjD4sHijEaPZQs9ZWUG077mCKx/view
Important! After installing the drivers, restart your computer.
