How to get a free trial period?Arrow icon

Your free trial is activated automatically once you complete registration on the website and sign in to the iProxy mobile app. You'll get 2 days of free access to the Pro plan, with all premium features available from day one. No credit card or payment details are required to activate the trial.

Can I extend the trial period?Arrow icon

Every new user gets a free connection and 2 days of full access to the Pro plan. Use this time to configure your setup, test all premium features, and see how iProxy fits your workflow. Need extra trial time? Reach out to our support team.

How many phones can I connect to one plan?Arrow icon

Each plan is designed for a single mobile device. One mobile proxy requires:

  • 1 smartphone
  • 1 iProxy subscription
  • 1 SIM card
Depending on your subscription plan, a single mobile proxy can provide multiple proxy accesses (ports). Learn more about Pricing.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro plans?Arrow icon

Basic is built for individual proxy users, while Pro is designed for advanced users, teams, and proxy providers. Both plans include remote IP rotation and full API access.

Basic is ideal for individual users working with mobile proxies. Each connection supports up to 10 proxy endpoints of different types and delivers speeds of up to 30 Mbps.

Pro is designed for professional use, team workflows, and mobile proxy reselling. Each connection supports up to 20 proxy endpoints, 20 OpenVPN configuration files, and 20 WireGuard configuration files.

Pro plan also provides advanced traffic and access management tools, including granular per-proxy controls, custom blacklists, speed limits, and traffic (GB) limits for each proxy endpoint.

Can I upgrade my plan after purchase?Arrow icon

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from your personal account. No additional payment is required. The system will automatically recalculate your remaining subscription period based on the price difference between the plans.

To switch plans, open your connection settings and navigate to: Connection Settings → Tariff → Update

We support all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and Diners Club cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, WeChat Pay, and Cash App Pay. We also support installment and alternative payment options, including Klarna, Affirm, Link, and Przelewy24. Available payment methods, processing fees, minimum top-up amounts, and applicable taxes (including VAT) may vary depending on your country. If you experience any payment issues, please contact our support team.

Most likely, you are using a VPN. Please disable the VPN or proxy you are working with during the payment process.

Why must the first payment be made by bank card or another traditional method Arrow icon

For the first payment, we only accept bank cards and traditional payment systems — this is a requirement of international financial regulations.
All payments are processed through the world's largest payment platform, Stripe, which ensures the security of payments and your data. iProxy does not have access to your payment details.

How to make a payment from a legal entity and receive closing documents? Arrow icon

To receive an invoice on behalf of a legal entity using bank details, please write to support, specifying the payment amount and the company's legal details. VAT depends on the country of registration of the paying company.

How does iProxy subscription work? Arrow icon

The iProxy subscription is activated automatically when paying through traditional payment systems (Terms of payment). After a successful payment, the system will automatically top up the iProxy balance with the amount required to renew all proxy connections for which auto-renewal is activated. The same payment method you used for “manual” balance top-up will be used for automatic top-ups. In your personal account, you can unlink the payment method from your account and also deactivate auto-renewal of proxy connections. You can also manually top up your personal account balance in advance with the required amount.

How is the subscription balance top-up amount calculated?Arrow icon

The amount you see as “upcoming charge” in your personal account is calculated as: [Current account balance] minus [The amount required to pay for all connections with auto-renewal that expire tomorrow or have already expired]. Thus, the balance top-up will be processed in a single transaction, which reduces your expenses on payment system and bank fees.

How to pay for a connection?Arrow icon

Connections are renewed automatically based on the selected plan as long as auto-renewal is enabled and your account balance is sufficient. If you've disabled auto-renewal, you can renew your subscription manually after adding funds to your account balance: Connection Settings → Tariff → Buy / Extend / Update

How to get a discount?Arrow icon

You can receive a discount on the Pro plan, including the 7-day subscription. The discount is based on the number of active devices connected to a single account:

  • 5–9 devices: 5% discount
  • 10–19 devices: 10% discount
  • 20–49 devices: 15% discount
  • 50–99 devices: 18% discount
  • 100–299 devices: 20% discount
  • 300–699 devices: 23% discount
  • 700–999 devices: 25% discount
  • 1000+ devices: custom pricing

I have a promo code. How do I apply it?Arrow icon

Promo codes can only be applied to the Pro plan for subscription periods of 7, 30, 90 days, or longer. To use a promo code, enter it in the promo code field before completing your purchase:

Connection Settings → Tariff → Pro: Buy / Extend / Upgrade → Promocode field → Apply

Once applied, the promo code will automatically be used for future renewals of this connection on the Pro plan, as long as the promo code remains valid.

Can I apply a promo code to multiple connections at once?Arrow icon

Yes. The Mass Actions tool allows you to renew multiple connections at once and apply a promo code to all selected connections in a single step.

Promo codes can be used for both existing and new connections on the Pro plan. The promo code will also be used for future renewals while it remains valid.

How does automatic plan renewal work?Arrow icon

Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all connections to ensure uninterrupted proxy access. If your account balance is sufficient, your plan will be renewed automatically for the next 30 days when it expires. To avoid service interruptions, you can top up your balance in advance or keep auto-renewal enabled. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in the connection settings: Connection Settings→ Tariff

How do I cancel my iProxy subscription?Arrow icon

To stop future automatic payments, you can remove your payment method from Stripe. In your iProxy account, click the ⚙️ icon and navigate to: Settings → Manage Payment Methods

You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal, where you can view, update, or remove your saved payment methods.

Can I get a refund for the unused balance?Arrow icon

If you no longer plan to use iProxy, you may request a refund of the unused balance on your account by contacting support. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund eligibility and processing times are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the payment method and payment provider.

How to delete a proxy connection? Arrow icon

You can delete a connection at any time. Please note that any remaining subscription days will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to your account balance.

Connection Settings → Primary → Management → Delete

Before confirming the deletion, the system will display the number of subscription days remaining for the selected connection.

Want to switch servers or create a new connection? There's no need to delete your current one. Simply recreate the connection, and your active subscription along with any remaining paid time will be preserved.
