Plans and Payment

The trial period is activated automatically after completing registration on the website and logging into the iProxy app on your phone. You will receive 2 free days on the maximum BigDaddy Pro plan and can start working right away. A bank card is not required to get the trial period.

Each new user receives a connection and 2 free days on the maximum BigDaddy Pro plan. This time is enough for setup, testing, and starting full proxy work. If you need additional testing time, please write to support.

Each plan is designed for one phone. Subscription = 1 phone + 1 iProxy app subscription + 1 SIM card = 1 ready mobile proxy. One proxy can have multiple proxy accesses depending on the plan. Learn more about plans.

The Baby, BigDaddy, and BigDaddy Pro plans differ in limits and available features.
Regardless of the plan, all users have access to remote IP rotation (via link and schedule), as well as full API functionality.
Basic Baby plan has a speed limit of up to 5 Mbps and is suitable for tasks that do not require high speeds or large traffic volumes.
BigDaddy has a speed limit of up to 25 Mbps.
Mximum BigDaddy Pro plan has no internal speed limits and unlocks all available iProxy features: oVPN configs with UDP support, WiFi Split, SMS duplication to Telegram bot, Unique IP.

You can upgrade to a higher plan in your personal account without additional payment, but with a change in the validity period. The system will recalculate the number of days available on the new plan, taking into account the price difference. Click on the connection name -> open the Tariff tab -> click Switch

We accept all popular payment methods: bank cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and Diners Club, digital wallets Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, WeChat Pay, and Cash App Pay, as well as installment payments via Klarna, Affirm, Link, and Przelewy24. Available payment methods, payment system fees, minimum top-up amounts, and VAT depend on your country. If you encounter any issues with payment, please contact support.

Most likely, you are using a VPN. Please disable the VPN or proxy you are working with during the payment process.

For the first payment, we only accept bank cards and traditional payment systems — this is a requirement of international financial regulations.
All payments are processed through the world's largest payment platform, Stripe, which ensures the security of payments and your data. iProxy does not have access to your payment details.

To receive an invoice on behalf of a legal entity using bank details, please write to support, specifying the payment amount and the company's legal details. VAT depends on the country of registration of the paying company.

The iProxy subscription is activated automatically when paying through traditional payment systems (Terms of payment). After a successful payment, the system will automatically top up the iProxy balance with the amount required to renew all proxy connections for which auto-renewal is activated. The same payment method you used for “manual” balance top-up will be used for automatic top-ups. In your personal account, you can unlink the payment method from your account and also deactivate auto-renewal of proxy connections. You can also manually top up your personal account balance in advance with the required amount.

The amount you see as “upcoming charge” in your personal account is calculated as: [Current account balance] minus [The amount required to pay for all connections with auto-renewal that expire tomorrow or have already expired]. Thus, the balance top-up will be processed in a single transaction, which reduces your expenses on payment system and bank fees.

After topping up your account balance, you need to pay for the connection. Click on its name -> open the Tariff tab -> click Buy or Renew:

By default, automatic renewal is enabled for each connection so you can continue using the proxy. If your balance is insufficient to renew the plan, the system will automatically top up your balance with the required amount and extend the plan for the next 30 days on the day it expires. You can top up your balance in advance or use the automatic subscription. You can disable automatic renewal in the connection settings under the Tariff tab:

To cancel your iProxy subscription, you can remove your payment details from the Stripe payment system. To do this, go to the settings in your personal account (gear icon) -> Settings -> Manage Payment Methods. You will then be redirected to your Stripe account, where you can edit your linked payment methods.

You can get a discount on the BigDaddy Pro plan.
The discount amount depends on the number of phones on a single account:

5-9 devices: 5% discount
10-19 devices: 10% discount
20-99 devices: 20% discount
100-199 devices: 30% discount
200+ devices: 35% discount

If you do not plan to use iProxy, you can request a refund for the remaining balance on your account. To do this, please write to support.
Refunds are only issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. The possibility and timing of the refund are determined individually, depending on the payment method used.

A connection that has not been paid for is automatically deleted 10 days after the plan expires. You can recreate the connection before the active plan ends. To do this, click on the connection name > Main > Connection > Recreate connection. The old connection will be deleted along with all proxy accesses without the possibility of recovery, and a new connection will be created while keeping the current plan.

Yes, using the Mass actions tool. You can pay for all or selected connections at the same time and enter a promo code, which will also be applied to subsequent automatic payments.

You need to enter the promo code in the special field before paying for the BigDaddy Pro plan. Click on the proxy connection name -> open the Tariff tab -> BigDaddy Pro -> click Buy or Renew. On the next page, enter the promo code -> click Apply promo code -> Buy. The promo code will be applied during the automatic renewal of the plan.
